Zep Bound
ZepBound, a new obesity treatment, is said to have weight loss benefits and an improved side effect profile (more information at incretin.diet) .
Zepbound is a drug for weight loss. Manjaro is a drug for diabetes treatment, primarily for blood sugar control. Even though the two drugs contain the same ingredients, "diverting" Manjaro for dieting purposes is a violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach upset, fatigue
Main Side Effects

Acute pancreatitis, intestinal obstruction, acute kidney injury
Serious side effects

ZepBound also carries the risk of rare, but more serious, side effects.
For example, there is a risk of pancreatitis. If you experience severe upper abdominal pain or nausea,
consult your doctor immediately.
Previous animal studies have also shown an increased risk of medullary thyroid carcinoma and multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) type 2. While these risks have not yet been fully elucidated in humans, Zepbound is contraindicated for those who have had these diseases in the past or have family members with them. If you experience symptoms of a thyroid tumor (e.g., a mass in the neck, difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing, persistent hoarseness), consult your doctor.
The use of Zepbound has also been associated with acute kidney injury, which may result from dehydration due to gastrointestinal side effects and may include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Hemodialysis may also be required. Some of these events have been reported in patients without known underlying renal disease. The majority of reported events occurred in patients who experienced nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or dehydration.
Furthermore, it has been pointed out that rapid weight loss may affect internal organs and hormone balance, so regular health checks are essential when using ZepBound.
